Ms. Valli Varma is the Founder, Managing Director of the company, has two decades of experience in Non IT and IT sector. Ms. Valli Varma has an extensive background and experience in Finance, Banking, Strategic Planning, and Restructuring Operations. She has been credited with transforming the IT Market in India into a modern, efficient, safe, vibrant and a very investor friendly one. She is committed for accelerating the economic growth through technological interventions, human resource development and providing innovative solutions to emerging challenges.

Madhu “VP, Director Operations” brings 16+ years of total experience on SAP platforms working as , Project Lead, SME Techno functional in SAP PM, Integration lead, onshore Manager with End-to-End Implementations and client engagement.
Madhu is adept in client & business engagement with experience working onsite across, US, and UK . He has led & delivered multiple projects in complex SAP landscapes and non – SAP with delivery on time and within budget, helping clients achieve improved business outcomes. Having driven numerous onshore-offshore delivery for various clients. Madhu has a strong understanding of different cultures and work ethics having worked with clients in North America, Europe and APAC.
Prasad “CFO” is a finance professional with over seven years of experience spanning the entire gamut of finance with additional responsibility of overseeing Global Procurement, Legal & Compliance function. He has been a strong proponent of Corporate Governance Practices and works closely with the Board. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an Associates Member of ICAI and member of the ICMAI (ICWAI). Achieved All India 17th Rank in ICWAI. He has good experience in Company Audits, Tax Audits, Company Secretarial Matters, Service Tax related matters, Sales Tax matters, specifically in International Taxation/ Transfer Pricing matters.
Vikram is a Finance professional with ten years of experience in Construction, Insurance and Real Estate sectors. He is an Associates Member of ICAI and member of the ICMAI (ICWAI). Earlier he worked in Warba, Kuwait Building House in Kuwit. Vikram performed numerous functions improving performance of financial operations, including managing monthly financial statement and report preparation. Demonstrated expertise controlling and allocating cost center and ledger account expenses. Determined inventory valuation and cost-of-sales, as well as execution of physical inventory process. Created complex financial models to structure employee financial incentives and thereby efficiently matching company and individual performance.
Madhuri Karra is an Enterprise Architect works in the capacity of Enterprise Architect. Over the past five years, she has worked in Australian and Indian markets delivering SPA Supply Chain Solutions to clients across the globe. She is known for her creative and innovative problem-solving methodologies in delivering solutions to complex business problems. She is a trained User Experience Designer, certified SAP consultant and holds certification from The Open Group.
Kanthi Vadlamani is an Enterprise Architect, works in the capacity of Enterprise Architect and has vast experience in rolling out SAP Supply Chain Solutions in Australia and Indian markets. Kanthi’s specialty lies in delivering solutions using the principles of TOGAF and User Experience Design. She holds certifications from The Open Group and SAP, and comes with a promise of solution delivery that meets customer’s needs and generates business value.
